Job Title: Inside Parts Representative
Location: Columbus, OH (not remote)
Terms: Full Time
Salary/rate: Up to $27 (Based on Experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for an Inside Parts Representative to provide high levels of technical customer support for the distribution sector of our company. Our dynamic team is customer driven and integrated with our customer, sales, and vendors at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate sales of company fabricated and distributed products.
- Trouble shoot customer problems, gather information required to prepare quotes, process orders, and communicate information to the customer.
- Prepare professional quotes utilizing ERP system and CRM software.
- Communicate with vendors to quote and process orders.
- Follow-up and expedite orders.
- Handle customer issues and returns in a timely manner.
- Ensure all paperwork associated with the order is processed and filed daily.
- Collaborate with sales team and vendors to promptly respond to requests and expedite breakdown orders as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and problem solve.
- Customer service driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Experience with CSR software, such as Salesforce or Goldmine.
- Ability to be on call rotation (usually every 4 – 5 weeks), to handle any breakdown calls that may arrive after hours and over the weekend (24 hours a day for 7 days). Additional stipend paid when on call.
Additional skills/knowledge (not required but preferred)
- ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Acumatica, etc.)
- Prior experience working in a parts desk-related environment such as industrial, mechanical, and/or heavy equipment.
- Experience working with multiple vendors and product lines, creating sales orders and purchase orders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Rotating weekends
