Destination: Shelby Returns March 14 as Chamber Celebrates 100 Years

Shelbyville, KY – The Shelby County Chamber of Commerce invites the community to attend Destination: Shelby, the Chamber’s annual business showcase, on Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Marnel C. Moorman School, 501 Discovery Blvd.

Held during the Chamber’s 100th anniversary year, this milestone event highlights the businesses, nonprofits, and organizations that make Shelby County a destination for families, industry, tourism, and community life.

With nearly 40 booths already confirmed and participation continuing to grow, Destination: Shelby offers unmatched exposure for Chamber members while connecting more than 1,500 anticipated attendees to local services, products, and opportunities.

This year’s showcase will be hosted at the beautiful, newer campus of Marnel C. Moorman School. Chamber leaders are grateful for their continued partnership with Shelby County Public Schools for the use of this beautiful facility, reflecting the strength and growth of Shelby County’s educational community.

The free, family-friendly event will feature:

  • The opportunity to learn more about the businesses, nonprofits, and organizations serving Shelby County
  • Live entertainment and demonstrations in the main gym
  • A dynamic Kid Zone designed for interactive fun
  • Prizes and giveaways, including a chance to win an iPad
  • A mechanical bull provided by the Kentucky Cattlemen’s Association

“Destination: Shelby is more than a showcase. It is a celebration of the people and businesses that make our community strong,” said Aaron Garofola, Executive Director of the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce. “As we celebrate 100 years of Chamber leadership, this event reflects our continued commitment to promoting local businesses and creating meaningful connections throughout Shelby County.”
