About Us

Hi there, My name is Adrienne Park-Reynolds and I own Dink's Dessert Shop.
Together with me is my husband, Kevin, and our daughter Gracie.
She is the Dink in Dinks Dessert Shop, nicknamed after a famous cookie sandwich found at the mall.
Many years spent baking for family birthdays, church dinners, and pot-luck holidays over has really shown me that baking, making, and creating in the kitchen is my happy place.
Dinks Dessert Shop retail store and commercial kitchen opened inside the Gatsby building in October of 2022.
Shelbyville is our family's hometown and being able to serve the community is a blessing we are grateful for.
