Compensation Package
Salary: $60,000–$100,000 (based on experience)
Commission: Uncapped commission structure paid quarterly

Position Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing referral relationships, and promoting Purofirst Disaster Services as a trusted leader in restoration and reconstruction. The BDR proactively builds strong partnerships, supports clients through the insurance restoration process, and helps drive long-term growth.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Strategic Responsibilities
- Understand and communicate Purofirst’s services, processes, and value proposition.
- Learn the insurance claims workflow, carriers, adjusters, and restoration industry dynamics.
- Assist in developing strategic sales goals, plans, and outreach campaigns.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and urgent approach in all interactions.
- Use sound judgment, uphold ethical decision making, and represent the company with integrity.
- Understand company gross profit requirements and how they relate to sales and job quality.
- Recommend creative improvements for marketing, outreach, and customer engagement.
- Follow and support the Purofirst sales process.
2. Business Development & Relationship Management
The BDR will manage assigned accounts and develop new business within key market sectors:
Potential Target Markets Include: Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, Apartment Communities, Commercial Property Owners, Plumbers/Trades, Fire Departments, Hotels & Restaurants, Health Care facilities, Senior Living facilities, Previous Customers, Direct Response Leads.
