Job Description – Administrative Assistant

Essential Functions: Answer phones, greet clients, maintain files, data entry, familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook, general front desk duties.

Reports to:  Executive Director and Site Manager           Hours: 45 hours, 2-week pay period.
