Shift Supervisor
Location: Eminence, KY
Schedule:
A & C Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Rotating schedule (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off)
B & D Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM | Rotating schedule (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off)
Pay: $60,000 - $80,000/year

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

Proficient in Lean Manufacturing principles, Kaizen, and Tier Board processes.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
