Bluegrass Roller Service is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping our sales and customer service operations running smoothly by supporting order entry, preparing quotes and work orders, coordinating pricing, communicating with customers and vendors, and working closely with our sales, production, and management teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and computer skills are essential, along with a commitment to providing the level of service our customers have come to expect from Bluegrass Roller Service. Experience with measuring tools and technical/CAD drawings is helpful, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
