With deer season is in full swing, many folks are thinking about different ways to fix their fresh harvest. For those cooks and hunters out there, Saturday November 16 from 5 pm until 7 pm, we'll have Miss Roadkill Cafe herself, Joan Brown, demonstrating how to prepare a hearty venison jambalaya along with a few appetizers and other surprises. So, stop by for a sample or two and collect some new recipes before the big hunt.
