Join us at Shelby Trails Park from 2 pm until 4 pm for an afternoon of hiking and nature watching guided by Kentucky Division of Forestry Ranger, Sara Johns. Hiking is an excellent way to get exercise, and get into shape while the natural surroundings provide scenic sites that are good for relaxation of the mind and soul.
