The U.S. Small Business Administration and AARP are offering a free program for aspiring entrepreneurs because research shows that “one in four Americans between the ages of 44 and 70 are interested in starting their own a business or nonprofit venture in the next five to 10 years.”
On Friday, December 13, 2013 from 9:45 am – 12:00 noon in Louisville, the SBA’s Kentucky District Office, along with AARP, the Louisville Free Public Library and SCORE, mentors to America’s small businesses, will discuss free resources for entrepreneurs, mentoring services, and networking opportunities at the Louisville Free Public Library’s Main Location, 301 York Street, 2nd floor. Meter parking is available near the library.
