Cara Silletto, MBA, launched Crescendo Strategies to reduce unnecessary employee turnover for clients by bridging generational gaps, providing leadership development programs and transitioning company cultures to meet the needs of the changing workforce. She is a true extrovert who loves building new relationships and creating win-win partnerships. She is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), YPAL and National Speakers Association (NSA), and currently serves as the Programming Chair on the Board of the National Association of Women MBAs (NAWMBA) Louisville Chapter. In 2013, Cara was the featured young entrepreneur in Louisville’s own “Today’s Woman” and “BG” magazines.
