The turkey was Benjamin Franklin's choice for the United States's national bird. The noble fowl was a favored food of Native Americans. On November 15, 2014 from 11 am until Noon. Joan Brown, retired Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Resources educator, will share her wealth of knowledge about wild turkeys.
