Come join us for our monthly Shelby County chapter meeting at the Shelby Extension Office on Thursday, April 17th at 1:30-3PM. We will have a special guest, Dr. Joe D?Ambrosio, a professor from UofL?s Kent School of Social Work, who has been recognized in The Courier Journal and USA Today for his research on compassionate love. He will facilitate a discussion of our vision for Shelby County. You do not have to be a person with diabetes to join. Individuals who care about health, professionals, retired persons, students, family members or friends of persons with diabetes, civic-minded persons, etc. All are welcome and encouraged to get involved!
