About Us is an employee-owned (ESOP) company dedicated to providing complete design, manufacturing, installation, and service for commercial & residential Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC). In 2008, KCC became an Employee Stock Ownership Plan or ESOP. This allows KCC Team Members to become actual employee owners and share in the success of the company – at no cost to the employee.
