Founded in 2017 by Attorneys Joshua G. Berkley and Amy E. Oliver, Berkley Oliver PLLC is proud to serve the communities of Shelby County and the surrounding counties throughout Central Kentucky.

With a focus on the areas of estate planning, probate and estate administration, and elder law, our attorneys carefully tailor their services to each client’s particular needs and desires. We are able to help families navigate the complexities of planning for the preservation of assets when facing the need for long term nursing home care while still maintaining an excellent quality of life. From helping young parents select guardians for their children in their Will, to assisting with the protection of benefits for Special Needs individuals, to assisting Guardians and Conservators of adults to meet Court requirements, we help families ensure their loved ones are provided for as well as possible.
