PPP Flexibility Act = Loan Forgiveness
Changes to the PPP that went into effect last week include:
  • Lowering payroll expenses from 75% to 60% on PPP proceeds
  • Extending the rehiring period to 24 weeks or Dec. 31, 2020
  • Increasing the payment term to 5 years on new PPP loans

PPP Application Deadline Extended
As the deadline approached on June 30, the U.S. Congress extended the PPP loan application period until August 8. Read more here.  
 
EIDL Re-Opens to Eligible Businesses
Eligible small and agricultural businesses and non-profit organizations can apply an SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) and EIDL Advance. Learn more
