A living history event depicting life in the 18th century along the Kentucky frontier. Ongoing heritage skills demonstrations, KY authors, settler encampments, 1st person presentations, Native American camp, cannon demonstration throughout the day and the main re-enactment of the evacuation of Squire Boone’s fort at 2 pm. Friday, Sept. 12 is a special School Day Program for area students.
