Shelby & Henry Annual Diabetes Day
Join us for this annual event on Saturday, November 1st, 2014 at the Shelby County UK Cooperative Extension Office located at 1117 Frankfort Road. Registration starts at 9:30. The event will start at 10:00 AM and end at 3:30 PM. Families are welcome! This event is open to everyone of all ages. The theme of the day is, "Be Smart About Your Heart, Control the ABCs of Diabetes." We will have informative and inspirational speakers as well as a free healthy lunch. RSVPs are appreciated.
