On June 15th anytime from 2pm to 4pm at the Miller Outdoor Education Center, volunteer, Lynn Chesser, will provide an introduction to fly tying. Fly tying is the simple process of binding materials to a hook with thread so that that your final creation looks very appetizing to a fish. It can be great hobby that not only creates miniature masterpieces of art but just may help provide dinner that night. Participants will learn to how to tie a simple bluegill jig. All donations welcome and will go toward covering the cost of materials.
