You and your family are cordially invited to our celebration named - "Everyone Has a Role in a Health Community, What's Yours?" on Tuesday, September 29th from 6:30-8 PM at the Shelby County Extension Office located at 1117 Frankfort Road, Shelbyville, KY 40065. Come see how a CDC grant has supported Shelby County through the work of the KRDC and the Shelby County Diabetes Coalition. As our grant comes to a close, join us as we discuss how we can support Shelby County?s future for health and learn how you can help! Light refreshments will be provided by the KRDC.
