DESCRIPTION:The Shelby Diabetes Coalition monthly meeting will be held on Thursday\, February 19th at the Shelby County Extension Office\, at 1117 Frankfort Road\, from 1:30-3:00 PM. Our special guest will be fitness instructor Sherry Charbeneau who will talk about her personal road to health\, give an interactive Zumba demonstration\, and talk about the importance of exercise in our daily lives. KRDC is a diabetes education\, support\, and advocacy group. You do not have to be a person with diabetes to join. All are welcome and encouraged to get involved!
