DESCRIPTION:This walk will start with registration from 8:30 9 a.m. at the Clear Creek Park Family Activity Center. Everyone will have an opportunity to explore the walking trails at Clear Creek Park (In case of rain\, the walk will take place inside.) FREE pedometers will be given out\, along with a FREE daily pass to the Family Activity Center. Twenty percent of Americans get the recommended amount of aerobic and muscle strengthening exercise (CDC\, 2014) Join us this day to help increase the percentage of active people in Shelby County!
