The plan is community-based and provides priority access to the highest quality physicians/providers\, services and facilities in the Louisville area at the lowest possible cost. \n\n \n\nThe plan also integrates unique programs and services which engage members and deliver health and financial value. With best-in-class pricing and proven wellness and health maintenance programs\, we are confident that area employers will lower and stabilize their costs well below the market rate. We collaborate with employers and their brokers and commit to driving value and savings that impact your bottom line.
