This means that your project must be finished and ready for a possible inspection by this date. If you are on the waiting list\, money not used by approved applicants will be reallocated\, and I will contact you either by email\, phone\, or mail as it becomes available. Those on the waiting list who are approved will have until July 30\, 2015 to complete their projects and turn in all the paperwork. Currently\, I have only moved down on the waiting list one person. I will know more about your status and chanced of being approved after June 4. I realize this doesn't give you much time to get your project finished\, but most marked on their application that they were planning to do their project even if they weren't approved. Hopefully\, several projects have already been completed\, and all you will have to do it get your paperwork together if you are contacted and told that you have been approved.
